Hi, i need some help.

My dad has been a scientist working for the government for the past 25 years, but just recently he's become terribly interested in the tarot. I was wondering if anyone could suggest a good book to break him into the deep end of the tarot, as it were. something with some antiquity but still accessible?

There's been some scholarship on Yeats and the Tarot, but depending on his field, some of the more mathematical/kabbalistic approaches might be more worthwhile.

..which is probably the least accessable book on The Tarot I can think of.. maybe try the Rachel Pollack book 'The 78 Degrees of Wisdom' which I've heard some good things about.
